1970

WP Instruments is founded
WP Instruments was established in Longmont, Colorado as a fabricator of remote-sensing instrumentation. The need for injection-molded housings eventually led the company toward plastic injection molding.

1980s–2000s

Capabilities expand
As customer needs grew, the company expanded beyond molding to include in-house tooling, precision machining, engineering support, assembly, packaging, and other secondary operations.

2010s

A broader manufacturing partner
Continued investment in modern molding, machining, engineering, and quality capabilities allowed the company to support customers across medical, aerospace, defense, industrial, consumer, and other demanding industries.

WP Manufacturing becomes Cascade Manufacturing
WP Manufacturing officially became Cascade Manufacturing, reflecting the company’s continued growth and broader manufacturing capabilities while maintaining the same team, ownership, and commitment to its customers.
